This large star willow lantern will add some sparkle to your celebrations. It is made in the traditional way with willow and tissue paper but with the modern addition of micro fairy lights / rice lights.
This star light would make a lovely addition to rustic, star themed or minimalist décor.
If you wish you can carefully paint or draw on the tissue paper decorating it to match with your colour scheme.
The star measures approximately 50 x 50 x 6 cm (60 cm tall including the hanging loop/ handle)

There is an uncovered section at the back of the star to allow access to the battery pack (see photos). This is attached to the frame of the lantern using blu-tack to enable to the battery pack to be removed from the lantern. The batteries powering the lights can be replaced, meaning you can continue to enjoy your star year after year.
